okay let's face it: your selfless one-sided love against the world.

as the saying goes, “if you admire the flower, just keep on admiring it because once you pick it, it will die,” and i guess same is true when it comes to someone you care about.

love is always free but sometimes—cost is too expensive. it will cost you peace, tears and even heartbreak. but who cares? “no pain no gain,” as they say. who’s not willing to catch a grenade and even swallow it for the one you love, right? my point is: it’s totally okay to be foolish sometimes and it’s okay to live for the hope of it all as longs as you’re always ready for the painful consequences. it’s our choice to hold onto something that energizes our soul when it’s hard to get up in the morning and gives peace when it’s hard to sleep at night. it’s a choice. selfless one-sided love is a choice (oh what a folly).

but seriously, admit it or not it really feels good to be loved, right? it's so good to feel that there's someone out there who's willing to risk it all for us. that someone who's madly, completely, and relentlessly in love with us.

i hope we can find that someone too someday. and i hope that someone is the same person that's in our mind right now while reading this.

just always remember: love is always a choice—a choice to let go and a choice to love someone [silently] from afar. like a flower we’re willing to stare and admire forever.
