i believe there’s a good reason why we keep choosing someone relentlessly. sometimes, it’s because we think they’re the only one that fits to our standards. most times, it’s because our hearts adjust and will do everything just to break their fortified walls. how ironic, right?
well there’s a lot of good songs out there. there’s too many beautiful stars around. some person could give you a lamp for the whole night. while this so-special one could give you the whole city lights. this so-special one doesn’t even have to fit in as she can always stand out from the crowd.

i don’t even remember how it all started, i just woke up one day and then there’s you, a world where i’m revolving all of a sudden. you caught me off guard with your ineffable discernment and beauty. how ridiculous.
of all the mazes i have been, you're the only one i'm willing to go to and get lost in—again and again and again. it always feels like you are my peace in this world of chaos.
the possibility of you keeps outweighing the actuality and presence of anyone else. nothing could replace your sit at the high table in my heart.
